Welcome to Bristol Imperial RFC

Bristol Imperial RFC have a very long and distinguished history having celebrated their 100 year existance in 2005. The club has gone from strength to strength over the years but are now looking to boost their club membership since the inception of their partnership with South Bristol Sports/ Clifton Colleges, who themselves have provided Imperial with some of the best facilities in the Bristol area.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Membership this season is £45 for players however pay by 1st December and get a £5 discount and £25 non-players. Please pay Roy. Playing subs for all teams will be £4 this season.

Thinking of joining Bristol Imperial RFC?

At present the club runs three senior rugby sides of all different abilitites but are now looking to the future by setting up a full junior section for all ages of boys and girls working all the way up to their senior sides. A full Rugby Development Plan has been put in place to provide all ages with proffesional coaching on a weekly basis and camps during school holidays and for those who want it will be entered in to teams in local leagues to compete against other like minded kids.

Congratulations to Gary Kitchen who made his 600th appearance for Imperial in the cup game against Harlequins on Tuesday 19th. This puts him 8th on the All Time list of current club members. This is a great achievement and shows what a great servant he has been to the club at all levels as 311 of these games has been for the 1st team. He has also been Vice Captain and Captain of the 2nd team and Vice Captain of the 1st team, also winning the following club awards Malcolm Pickard in 2006, Jim Cowan in 1997 and Dickie Douglas in 1994.
